Tart yet sweet with a crumbly crust, this dessert is a wonderful way to satisfy your carving for a decadent dessert without being too difficult to make.
For the crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp Stuart's Spices Sumac
For the filling:
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 tbsp lemon juice (2/3 cup at least)
*If using fresh lemons, it will be about 4 medium-sized lemons*
