Burger Blast! Burgers

  • 1 lb. 90/10 ground beef*
  • 1 Tbsp. Stuart's Spices Burger Blast!
  • Toppings and condiments such as, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mustard, and ketchup

*Substitute with a ground protein of your choice.


  1. Gently blend in the Burger Blast!, dividing into four patties and let sit 5-10 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat grill or cast iron pan to medium high, lightly oiled.
  3. Grill each burger 6-8 minutes per side reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Let rest a couple minutes, adding preferred toppings and/or condiments.

Note: Approximate sodium is 83.8 mg per1/4 lb burger.
