In a bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes in the olive oil and salt
Spread potatoes onto one half of a baking sheet
In the same bowl used for the potatoes, toss the broccoli pieces in the olive oil, Warm Italian Seasoning, and Thyme
Spread broccoli onto the other half of the baking sheet
Roast the broccoli for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside in the bowl used for coating the vegetables in oil
Continue to roast the sweet potatoes for an additional 20-25 minutes or until fork tender
While potatoes are cooking, bring a medium pot of water to a boil
Cook orzo 8-9 minutes or until al dente consistency
