Featuring Chipotle Lime Seasoning

 3 plum tomatoes, chopped

½ large vidalia sweet onion, chopped 

1 green bell pepper diced

1 (15 oz.) can black eyed peas, rinsed & drained

1 cup frozen corn

 2 Tbsp. Stuart’s Spices Chipotle Lime Seasoning 

Juice from 2-3 limes


Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
