Baharat Carrots

Ingredients:
4-6 Rainbow carrots
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1½ Tbsp. Stuart’s Spices Baharat

    Directions:
    Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into quarters. Coat carrots with the olive oil and Baharat. Wrap in foil and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tender.
