Baked Pear Dessert

4 pears, cut in half and cored
About ½ cup cranberries, cut in half
4-6 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Stuart’s Spices Apple Pie Spice
Optional: top with plain yogurt


Preheat oven to 375°. Slice a small part off the backside of each pear half to create a flat surface so the pear sits flat when laid in the pan.

Place the pear halves on a large baking sheet or pan, cored side up. Place cranberries in the cored part of each pear half along with the pecans. They can spread over the pear, as well.

Sprinkle each pear half with Stuart’s Spices Apple Pie spice, then drizzle with honey.

Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender.

Top with yogurt if desired.

Optional: For the pecans, sprinkle with Stuart’s Spices cinnamon and toast in oven before placing on the pear.
