Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, shredded

1 Tbsp. Stuart’s Spices Greek Herbs

Juice of ¼- ½ lemon


Squeeze extra liquid from the cucumber. Stir all ingredients until evenly blended. Allow flavors to bloom in the refrigerator for one hour or more before serving.
