Roasted Fall Vegetables

Brighten up roasted fall veggies with our delicious Corn on the Cob Seasoning. This blend isn't just suited for corn; it can add its flavor to any of your favorite Autumnal vegetables. 

Any of the following work well with this blend:

  • Brussel sprouts
  • Acorn or butternut squash
  • Rutabaga
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Mushrooms
  1. Thoroughly wash your produce
  2. Preheat your oven to 450°
  3. Use a similar sized cut for all the vegetables so that they will roast evenly
  4. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of olive oil over vegetables
  5. Toss with 1 tbsp of Stuart’s Spices Corn on the Cob Seasoning
  6. Spread vegetables evenly onto a non-stick baking pan or a regular baking pan which has been sprayed
  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender (the time will vary depending on the vegetables used)

Note: Corn on the Cob Seasoning also works well with veggies headed for the grill,such as asparagus, peppers, or onions.
