Brighten up roasted fall veggies - Brussels sprouts, acorn or butternut squash, rutabaga, sweet potatoes. Also delicious on red peppers, mushrooms, asparagus.
Drizzle olive oil over veggies, generously sprinkle on Stuart’s Spices Corn on the Cob Seasoning (here at Stuart’s Spices, we use light olive oil)
Roast in oven at 450° until tender. (15-20 minutes for some veggies, longer for others)
