Black Pepper (#40) Fine

Our premium quality Indonesian Lampung peppercorns have a high oil content. When our pepper is ground, the higher oil content helps retain the bold, robust pepper aroma and flavor. (And - no sneezing!) We grind our peppercorns continuously in small batches, into 5 size grinds.

This Fine Grind is great in cream sauces or preparations when you don't want to see the pepper, but still want the flavor.
