Cayenne is probably the most common and most recognized of the hot chile peppers. It is very popular and frequently used to spice up chicken wings, BBQ rubs, hot sauces and other cuisines. Heat is measured in Scoville Heat Units (SHU) We carry 3 different Ground Cayenne Peppers, each with a different SHU. This product is 90,000 SHU,  about twice as hot our 40,000 SHU, which is typically used and widely available. We also carry an over-the-top Fire Hot Cayenne at 130,000 SHU. Each of these seem to have their own following.
