Chorizo Sausage Seasoning

Chorizo is a traditional Spanish or Portuguese sausage, commonly used in Mexican dishes as well. It can be used as a fresh or smoked sausage. Mix with pork, poultry, venison or any combination of meat . Perfect with your breakfast eggs. Delicious simmered in a strong beer, grilled, or in chili or burritos. 

We offer a packet for making 10 lbs. or 25 lbs. of sausage.

Our own recipe, blended with salt, dextrose, garlic, cumin, onion, paprika, cayenne, cilantro, capsicum and paprika oleoresin, and rice flour.
