Hawaiian Sausage Seasoning

Hawaiian Sausage has a sweet, Asian influenced flavor. We recommend blending fresh or canned pineapple right into the meat. Can be used with pork, poultry, venison or a combination of these meats. 

We offer a packet for making 10 lbs. or 25 lbs. of sausage.

Our own recipe, blended with salt, dextrose, coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, and cayenne.
