Rub the entire chicken including the inside with the Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning. Place the chicken onto a rotisserie or grill and cook on high for 10 minutes. Mix together 1-2 tbsp of seasoning with 4 oz fruit juice, beer, or butter. Turn the grill down to medium and baste the chicken, repeating the mop every 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Remove from grill and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
