This wonderful mix of dried diced vegetables is quite versatile. Add them to your soups, stews, or roasts for texture and a great boost of flavor. Add them to sour cream dips or salsas to kick up the flavor. Sprinkle into scrambled eggs or omelets (my mother's favorite salt-free way to give a little zip to her eggs!).
