Blackening Seasoning (Salt Free)

Blackening is a style of cooking where fish or chicken is given a dry rub before being cooked in an incredibly hot skillet, charring the outside but not burning it. This results in a crisp outer layer. Our blackening blend will provide a robust, well-rounded flavor to your food.
