Chives

Chives are one of the French "Fine Herbs". The other herbs are tarragon, chervil, and parsley. Modern freeze drying allow chives to retain their color, texture and freshness.

Use a small amount of moisture to re-hydrate them, or add them to sour cream, stir fries, cream cheese, soups, or other liquids.
