This fennel is of a coarser grind than our Ground Fennel
Fennel is excellent with oily fish. In Mediterranean cuisine it is found with sardines and pasta. Fennel seed is added to pickles, soups, breads and Italian sausage. Fennel is used on roasted pork and is key ingredient in Chinese 5 Spice and Garam Masala. This fennel is a coarser grind than our other Ground Fennel.
Combines well with cinnamon, cumin, fenugreek, and chervil.
