Pork Rub

This is your classic pork rub seasoning, an old time favorite for pork roasts and chops when baking, broiling, or grilling. It can also be used on pork ribs, pork shoulder, and poultry. Use 1 to 2 tsp per pound and let sit for 1-2 hours before cooking.

Our own recipe, blended with sea salt, sugar, onion, garlic, black pepper, sage, paprika, celery seed, fennel, dill seed, bay leaves, ginger, and thyme.
