At Stuart's we custom blend more than a dozen types of sausage and jerky seasonings. Tom will explain the basics of preparing meat for making these specialties at home. We will demonstrate how to make sausage links and also how to use sausage mixes in patties and other recipes. Many flavors will be sampled, so even if you are experienced making sausage it's a opportunity to try different varieties.
