Who doesn't love the deep, rich flavor that Worcestershire sauce brings to so many dishes?! While we know you are accustomed to the liquid sauce, we make our Worcestershire powder from dry ingredients and have you add the liquid (generally water) of your choice. The best news is that we achieve the depth of flavor with the use of Nori seaweed, instead of using anchovies, one of the key ingredients in traditional Worcestershire sauces. That's what makes our seasoning vegan.
