Ginger Ground

We offer a premium ginger with a concentrated flavor. For best results add it early to the cooking process. Ginger combines well with cardamom, cinnamon, paprika, and peppers.

Fresh grated ginger has a sharper, bolder bite. As a guide, use 1/8-1/2 tsp of ground ginger for each 1 tbsp fresh ginger.
