March 2nd is National Egg McMuffin Day: Eggs and pepper should definitely go hand in hand, and today is the perfect day to try out our Rochester Pepper Blend.

March 12 is National Baked Scallops Day: Try some Lemon Herbs with your baked scallops and be prepared to send your tastebuds into orbit with the deliciousness.

March 14th is National Pie Day: Happy Pie Day! Celebrate with some Apple Pie Spice if you don't have time to bake one. Sprinkled on toast or oatmeal, added to coffee or tea, it'll be a stellar stand-in.

March 17th is St. Patrick's Day: We've got an excellent Corned Beef Brining Kit available for your corned beef and cabbage needs.

March 19th is National Poultry Day: Where should we start? There are so many fun blends for your poultry it's hard to choose just one. That's why we want to recommend all of them! Try our Chicken Rotisserrie or our Hot Lips if you like it spicy.

March 27th is National Spanish Paella Day: We've not only got Saffron, but we also have many of the substitutions if you're not a saffron fan.

Blend of the Month

There are plenty of differences between corned beef and pastrami, but you can make both using a brisket.

While corned beef is brined and then boiled, pastrami is made by pairing your choice cut of meat with a rub in addition to brining, and then smoked or steamed.

We just so happen to carry a Pastrami Rub that will make it incredibly easy for you to have pastrami right at home!
