Deliciously simple, this cake is great for weeknights as well as weekends!

Ingredients

Six peaches, sliced thin
1 cup water
4 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Confection Perfection
3 teaspoons Stuart’s Spices House-Ground Cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, sliced thin or grated
Optional Volcanic Honey: Add 1-2 teaspoons of Salt-Free Volcanic Seasoning to 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9×13 pan.
Add sliced peaches, water, Confection Perfection, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon to pan and mix gently.
Pour boxed cake mix on top, and DO NOT MIX.
Spread butter on top and add last teaspoon of cinnamon on top.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with volcanic honey!
