Comfort Ranch Chicken & Noodles

There are few foods more comforting than chicken & noodles, and this is our love letter to this comfort food.


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cut into equal-sized pieces
  • 6 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 3 cups broth, or 2 cups broth & 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1½ cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 package Stuart’s Spices Ranch Dip Mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • optional: 1 tablespoon Shroomami


  1. In a medium-size pot add olive oil and chicken, we recommend using the Shroomami to season the chicken or just salt & pepper
  2. Cook the chicken until just browned and then add the mushrooms, cooking for another few minutes
  3. Add broth and Ranch Dip Mix, stirring until dissolved
  4. Bring to a boil and add the pasta, broccoli, and peas
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for a few minutes, until noodles are al dente
  6. Add sour cream and stir well to incorporate
  7. Allow dish to sit in order to thicken up before serving and enjoy!
