In small mixing bowl, mix avocado and sour cream together until smooth, and then set aside.

In another bowl, add kale, a tablespoon of olive oil, and Garlic Party, and crush with hands or with a wooden spoon until kale is a darker green, then also set aside.
In a medium-size frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add ground pork.
Add Chorizo Seasoning and cook until meat is crumbly and no pink remains.
Crack eggs into a bowl and beat until well blended, then pour over chorizo, allowing egg to firm up before scrambling.
Prepare tortillas by layering kale, egg, chorizo, salsa, and finish with the crema on top
