Honey Baked Pears

Dessert or breakfast? You decide!


  • 4 pears, cut in half and cored
  • ½ cup cranberries, cut in half
  • 4-6 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • Stuart’s Spices Apple Pie Spice
  • Honey
  • Optional step: crumbled goat cheese or yogurt


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Slice a small part off the backside of each pear half so the pear sits flat on the pan
  3. Place pear halves on large baking sheet or pan, cored side up
  4. Place cranberries in the cored part of each pear, along with the pecans
  5. Sprinkle each pear half with the Apple Pie Spice
  6. Bake at 375° F for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender
  7. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!


Optional: Put a small amount of goat cheese or yogurt in the cored part of the pear half before placing the cranberries and pecans.
