Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, turkey, or alternative
  • 1-2 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Burger Blast 
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Your favorite burger toppings and rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix meat, Burger Blast, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese, careful not to overmix or be aggressive
  2. Divide meat into 4 balls, then press between sheets of wax paper or with the bottom of a plate to your desired thickness
  3. Get your grill or a pan/skillet on the stove to a medium-high heat, then cook each burger 6-7 minutes on each side depending on your desired wellness.
  4. Serve on your favorite roll with your favorite toppings!
