Lemon Herb Pasta

A refreshing pasta recipe that is excellent for both weeknight dinners and meal prepped lunches.


  • 8 ounces pasta of choice, we recommend linguini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Lemon Herbs Seasoning
  • 1 bunch asparagus with woody ends removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ red pepper, thin-sliced
  • 1/2 can black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup pasta water


  1. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in cast iron or other deep frying pan
  3. Toss in peppers and asparagus and sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes, adding the Lemon Herb Seasoning as it cooks
  4. Add olives and beans, along with ½ cup vegetable broth
  5. Add in fresh squeezed lemon juice
  6. Saving 1/2 cup of the pasta water, drain the pasta and add to the vegetables
  7. Add the 1/2 cup pasta water and stir until pasta and vegetables are fully mixed
  8. Serve and enjoy!
