Maple Sausage Balls

Great for breakfast, or a side with your dinner!


  • 1 pound ground pork, you can also use poultry or venison
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Maple Sausage Seasoning


  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until Bisquick is completely dissolved
  2. Make into balls about 1-inch in diameter and place on baking sheet
  3. Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for one hour
  4. In a 400° pre-heated oven, bake 8-10 minutes until brown
  5. If baking frozen, add five minutes onto bake time
  6. Serve and enjoy!
