Santa Fe Baked Beans

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • ½ cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Santa Fe Seasoning
  • 5 cans of assorted beans, rinsed and drained, we recommend pinto, butter, and dark red kidney beans


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Mix vinegar, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup together
  3. Add Santa Fe a tablespoon at a time, whisking or mixing hard to incorporate
  4. Add in the beans, stirring until fully covered
  5. Transfer to oven-safe pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until beans are bubbling hot, cooking time will depend on oven and type of pan used
