Seven Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Taco Seasoning
  • 1 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 16 ounce jar salsa of choice
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 6 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend taco seasoning and refried beans
  2. Spread the mixture into your pan of choice, an 8×8 works well
  3. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese next, and then spread over the refried beans
  4. Add a layer of salsa over the cheese
  5. Add a layer of tomatoes, followed by green onions, and then lettuce
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and garnish with black olives
  7. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
