Spiced Pecans

Sweet, satisfying, and crunchy – these pecans have it all!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Rinse the nuts in plain water, just to dampen them
  3. Drain so that the pecans are damp but not soaking
  4. Toss the Confection Perfection over the nuts so that they have a light, even coating
  5. Place on baking pan in a single layer and bake for 5-7 minutes
  6. Flip the nuts over halfway through the cooking time
  7. Dump the nuts on wax paper or parchment paper to cool
  8. As they cool, they will crisp up a little, you may need to taste test to make sure they’re not burning

Tips

For a spicier treat, try adding ½ tsp Stuart’s Spices Cayenne, or more if you like it hotter!
