ZestSea Zucchini Bites

Perfect nibbles for when you want a crispy snack!


  • 2 zucchini, cut into thin, even-sized pieces, larger zucchini will be bitter
  • ¼ – ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, whisked together
  • 2-3 teaspoons Stuart’s Spices ZestSea
  • 1 teaspoon Stuart’s Spices Greek Herbs or Lemon Herbs, for the bread crumbs
  • Non-stick cooking oil
  • Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. Layer the bites onto paper towels and sprinkle with salt to draw out moisture, pat dry before coating
  3. Arrange flour, bread crumbs, and egg into three medium-size containers preferably with a lip so they don’t spill over the sides, and don’t forget to season the flour
  4. Dip zucchini bites into flour, then egg, then bread crumbs
  5. Arrange onto nonstick cookie sheet placed evenly apart
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 8-10 minutes or until crispy


Cooking Tip: You can also fry these! We recommend a light-flavored oil, enough for about 1/2 inch covering the bottom of your frying pan. Bring it up to heat so that a bite instantly sizzles when added to the oil, and fry about 2-3 minutes each side. After cooking a few you may need to lower the heat.
