Hawaiian Sausage Seasoning

Hawaiian Sausage has a savory flavor with a little bit of sweetness. We recommend blending fresh or canned pineapple right into the meat! Hawaiian sausage works fantastically in a spam fried rice or with some mango salsa.

We offer a package for making either 10 pounds or 25 pounds of sausage.

Our own recipe, blended with salt, dextrose, coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, and cayenne.
