Baharat Carrots

Quick and easy to make!


  • 4-6 rainbow carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Baharat


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into quarters
  3. In a medium-size bowl, coat carrots with olive oil and Baharat seasoning
  4. Wrap in foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until carrots are tender
