Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken

An incredibly simple way of enjoying chicken and veggies.


  • 2 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Greek Herbs
  • 1-2 teaspoons Stuart’s Spices Garlic Granules
  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, diced
  • Olive oil to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken in the Greek herbs, garlic granules, and olive oil, set aside
  3. Add crumbled feta, cream cheese, onions, and spinach in a separate bowl and mix well
  4. Slice each chicken breast nearly in half, creating a pocket
  5. Stuff the filling into the pocket, packing it in firmly so there’s no leftover space
  6. Place the chicken breasts to a baking dish or nonstick tray and bake for 30-35 or chicken is 165° internally
  7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
