Everything But The Chicken Soup

A vegetarian version of chicken soup featuring our Bouquet Garni!


  • 1 pound pasta of choice, we love egg noodles
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion, diced
  • 1 head of garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 teaspoons Stuart’s Spices Bouquet Garni
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • optional: when adding spices, if you want your broth to have a little more depth of flavor, add some soy sauce or Adobo Seasoning



  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and add onion, cooking until translucent
  2. Add garlic and cook down for 1-2 minutes
  3. Pour in broth and water, then add the broccoli and carrots
  4. Bring to a rolling boil and then add pasta
  5. Cook 6-8 minutes or until pasta is al dente
  6. Salt and pepper to taste, you can also add more Bouquet Garni if needed
  7. Serve with crackers and enjoy!


Need more veggies? We don’t blame you! Try adding zucchini, cauliflower, leeks, or kale! With leafier greens, always add them towards the end.
