This fragrant blend has a robust and full flavor. The herbs are blended to stand up to longer cooking times, and are often used in soups, stews, and roasting. Bouquet Garni comes from the French “garnished bouquet” and is a bundle of fresh herbs added to a stock to impart flavor.
