In a large pot, layer bread and mixtures, adding spices a little bit at a time, stirring gently to avoid turning bread into mush, season to taste
Once fully incorporated, preheat oven to 375° F and grease a 9 x13 baking pan
Drop spoonfuls of the dressing into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy on top, you can cover the dressing with aluminum foil for the first 15 minutes, so it doesn’t burn
