Sausage Hash

This hash makes a stellar addition to any breakfast, or you can add it to your favorite queso dip for a medley of Autumn flavors.


  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large sweet onion, diced
  • 1-2 medium white/russet potatoes, diced
  • 1-2 medium red apples, diced, we recommend empire
  • 1 tablespoon Stuart’s Spices Breakfast Sage Sausage Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Stuart’s Spices Apple Pie Spice
  • salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Add olive oil to the pan and warm on medium heat
  3. Add the pork and Breakfast Sage Sausage Seasoning
  4. Once the pork is browned, remove from heat and drain any excess oil
  5. Get a cooking sheet ready with non-stick spray or aluminum foil
  6. Add diced apple, onion, pepper, potatoes, and your prepared sausage mix to the sheet
  7. Add Apple Pie Spice and salt to taste
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!


We recommend 1 tablespoon of the Breakfast Sage Sausage Seasoning per 1 pound of meat, but you can add more if desired.
