Crushing kale brings out both the flavor and vibrancy of this salad.
Select your toppings:
In a large bowl, add chopped kale and 2 tablespoons olive oil
Crush by hand or with a spoon until kale begins to turn an emerald green and the oil has been well mixed, set aside
In a small container, add remaining olive oil and Tuscan Dip Mix, stir well to incorporate
Add desired toppings to crushed kale, we love feta cheese, cranberries, and roasted walnuts
Drizzle with Tuscan dressing and enjoy!
