Gin Kit

The perfect kit to infuse your own gin, all you need is the vodka. Makes one liter.

Our own recipe, blended with juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon zest, cinnamon, star anise, allspice, black pepper, and cardamom.

Instructions:

1. Empty juniper berry packet into container or jar and fill with vodka, leaving room for the botanical spices (added later).
2. Secure the lid, shake, and set aside for 12 hours.
3. Pour the botanical packet in, secure the lid, shake, and set aside for another 12 hours.
4. Shake and set aside for another 12 hours.
5. Strain through a coffee filter, cheese cloth, or mesh.
6. Serve in your favorite way and enjoy!
