Hot Italian sausage is a coarse ground pork sausage usually made as a fresh sausage. Our hot Italian mix has a little extra heat and makes a delicious addition to any pasta dish or pizza.
We offer a packet for making 10 lbs. or 25 lbs. of sausage.
Our own recipe, blended with salt, fennel, garlic, dextrose, cayenne, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
