Probably the best mild Italian kit I’ve found for making venison sausage. I’ve made some OK sausage with my own mix of spices, but this is so much easier, less time consuming, and consistent. This mild mix has exactly what you’d call “mild” heat compared to many that have no heat at all. I’ve made links and packaged bulk with this mix many times and it always turns out great.
