Turkey (Poultry) Brine

Our poultry brine can be used for any bird of choice, and will provide a mouthwatering and juicy final result. This kit takes the guesswork out of brining, so all you have to do is use it and enjoy!

Our own recipe, blended with salt, turbinado sugar, garlic, onion, rosemary, sage, bay leaf, celery, and carrot.

Brining Measurements: 

• We recommend using 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of brine per 1 quart (4 cups) of water.
