Coriander Ground

Ground Coriander is a spice in garam masala, Indian curries and in the USA as a steak rub when mixed with cayenne and kosher salt. Coriander seed is used for pickling vegetables, making sausages (especially smoked meats) and bread.
Coriander is used in brewing certain styles of Belgian wheat beers. The coriander seeds or ground are also used with orange peel to add a citrus character.
