Pastrami Rub

Pastrami is a corned beef brisket rubbed with a generous amount of pepper rub like our Pastrami Rub and cooked low and slow with a little smoke. Like BBQ. Just rub this into a Corned Beef Brisket and let it rest at least a few hours before you place the meat into a smoker or oven.

You can also make your own Corned Beef.

Our own recipe, blended with salt, cane sugar, paprika, garlic, black pepper, coriander, and mustard.
