Rosemary Cut Leaf

Rosemary is a woody herb which is actually a member of the mint family, resulting in subtle mint undertones. It pairs well with other Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, sage, thyme, and garlic. Makes delicious chicken, great with pork and lamb. Holds up well in soups and stews. A bright flavor for vegetables such as rosemary potatoes.

Want a simple, but amazing focaccia? Take pizza or bread dough, stretch out flat on greased cookie sheet. Top with olive oil, rosemary leaves and a little salt. We prefer the cut rosemary leaves, but you can use whole leaves or ground. Bake in oven, per dough instructions. Once baked, cut into pieces, or better yet, just pull apart and eat!
