Italian sausage is a coarse ground pork sausage seasoned with fennel and other spices. It is usually made as fresh sausage. Our mild Italian has just the right amount of salt, fennel, garlic and pepper to make it a delicious addition to any pasta dish or pizza.
We offer a packet for making 10 lbs. or 25 lbs. of sausage.
Our own recipe, blended with salt, fennel, garlic, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.

Probably the best mild Italian kit I’ve found for making venison sausage. I’ve made some OK sausage with my own mix of spices, but this is so much easier, less time consuming, and consistent. This mild mix has exactly what you’d call “mild” heat compared to many that have no heat at all. I’ve made links and packaged bulk with this mix many times and it always turns out great.
