A delicate balance of nine spices often used in Asian cuisine, this blend pairs well with protein and veggies alike. It smells a little like a powdered hoisin sauce, and has a zesty flavor. Our favorite way to use it is on pan-seared tofu, added to a refreshing salad. You can also use it in hot pot broths, or in homemade dumpling filling!
